放置 test scores are required for all of our new incoming and transfer students for placement into Reading, 英语和数学课. 有ACT的学生, 坐, High School Regents scores or High School GPA on file in the Admission’s office may be exempt from taking the College’s placement test. The ACCUPLACER placement test is free to students when administered by GCC staff.
For all tests except WritePlacer and ESL WritePlacer, the ACCUPLACER placement test is an untimed computerized test. On the WritePlacer and ESL WritePlacer tests, there is 60 minutes allowed to complete an essay. 请参阅 招生 接收你的800号码.
- Photo ID is required for testing.

The ACCUPLACER test will help you and your academic advisor select classes and plan an appropriate course of study. The tests are not used to determine admission to the college.

You must reserve your time through Calendly if you are testing 与 our proctors on the 巴达维亚 main campus. Our appointments are available to book up to one weeks in advance. Appointment blocks are not available 24 hours prior to your exam.
- Appointment blocks are available every one hour, beginning at 9AM.
- Duration of the appointment is one hour. If you are taking all three parts of the test (Reading, 英语及数学), please reserve your computer for three hours. If your test is one section only, please book one hour and two hours for two sections. To do so, you will need to book consecutive appointment blocks for 1 hour each.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please make sure to cancel it so that it will become available for others.

Remote Testing at other institutions or by the third online proctoring companies may incur charges. In order to take your placement test remotely, you must first complete the 远程分班测试 Request Form below. The location for your testing session will be at the testing site closest to the address you provide on the form. Any fees associated 与 remote testing are the student’s responsibility.
Students requesting remote placement testing must reside further than 75 miles from 巴达维亚 NY..

After completing a request for remote testing, you will receive an important email 与 信息rmation and instructions for scheduling your placement test. Please allow at least 48 hours for processing your request. Depending upon your listed location, you will receive an email from:
